On June 6, 2006 Shea Mountain <br /> House LLC submitted various applications to modify the approvals for Neighborhoods <br /> "I" and "J". <br /> REASON FOR RECOMMENDATION: <br /> To continue processing the proposed revisions to Neighborhoods "I" and "J" of the <br /> Mountain House New Community the County must obtain contract services from a <br /> professional, knowledgeable planning/environmental consultant. Amy Skewes-Cox is a <br /> very experienced and knowledgeable consultant who has worked previously on the <br /> Mountain House project and thus is familiar with the project. The consultant has <br /> submitted a proposal to prepare the necessary environmental documentation and the <br /> County has determined that the proposal is responsive and reasonable.
