Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: TANDOORI GRILL INDIAN CUISINE, 515 N MAIN ST, MANTECA 95336 <br />Food Program Official Inspection Report <br />First re inspection. <br />Left door of 2 D Kintera reach in cooler/ under prep table at the cooking area, is been repaired. <br />All facility ware wash sinks ( mop sink, prep sink), have been cleaned. <br />Plumbing issue had been addressed at the floor sink, underneath the pre rinse sink and the prep sink is no longer leaking on <br />the floor. <br />Hand sink is draining properly. <br />Re inspection is required in 2 weeks. <br />Send evidence of violations correction within 2 weeks to Environmental Health Department to avoid billable re inspection. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
