Use shallow containers that are fully immersed in ice and maintain ice level to keep PHFs <br /> at 41 F or below at all times. EHD recommends storing salsa in refrigeration prep unit. Salsa was relocated to a shallower <br /> container and more ice was added to ice bath. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F. Spraying inside a commercial kitchen/bar can <br /> only be done by commercial pest control services. Remove Raid spray form facility today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All poisonous substances, detergents, bleaches, and cleaning compounds shall be stored separate from food, <br /> utensils,packing material and food-contact surfaces. Provide adequate hot water pressure <br /> at this hand sink today. <br /> Observed dust build up on walk-in cooler fan and ceiling. Clean within 1 week and maintain clean. <br /> The walk-in freezer door gaskets were damaged and there was some ice build up around door. Owner said that they have a <br /> service tech coming out later today to work on the walk-in freezer door.
