Dewatering discharges are typically considered a low or limited <br />threat to water quality and may be covered under the General Order for Limited <br />Threat Discharges to Surface Water (Limited Threat General Order). A complete <br />Notice of Intent must be submitted to the Central Valley Water Board to obtain <br />coverage under the Limited Threat General Order.
