The Department has the following <br />comment: <br />A Traffic Impact Study (TIS) is necessary to determine impacts to State facilities. The following <br />locations should be included in the TIS: <br />• I-5/Eight Mile Road Interchange Ramps <br />• SR-99/Eight Mile Road Interchange Ramps <br />• SR-99/Armstrong Road Interchange Ramps <br />• SR-99/Morada Lane Interchange Ramps <br />The TIS should be submitted to Caltrans District 10 for review and comment. <br />If you have any questions, please contact Joshua Swearingen at (209) 948-7142 (email: <br />Joshua.swearingen@dot.ca.gov) or me at (209) 941-1921.
