NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT The Project seeks the following entitlements/approvals from San Joaquin County: • Site Approval (application number PA-1900240) • Development Agreement (application number PA-2000019) • Lot Line Adjustment (application to be submitted), and • Eight Mile Road Precise Road Plan Amendment to allow proposed Phase 2 driveway access to Eight-Mile Road (application to be submitted) • Water Supply Assessment approval pursuant to Senate Bill 610 and California Water Code Section 10910 (application to be submitted) Draft EIR Document Review and Availability: The public review and comment period for the Draft EIR will extend for 45 days starting June 7, 2022 and ending July 22, 2022. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, printed hard copies will not be available to the public. San Joaquin County Planning Commission meetings are held at the San Joaquin County Administration Building, 44 N. San Joaquin St, #640, Stockton.
