(BEHIND UNIT #15
AND #16)
PROPERTY INFORMATION
Property Name:
Site Location 13955 W WALNUT GROVE RD
District 004 - WINN, CHARLES
THORNTON, CA 95686
Location Code 99- UNINCORPORATED AREA
Cross Street LAMB APN
00104003
Activity Summary
Activity Date Recorded by
04/25/2019 Walnut Grove 13955. Discussed site history and what Sukhreet'd observed at WONG
Riverside MHP. Sukhreet will reinspect to confirm point of origin of the piping she'd
observed today and verify if its sewage or rainwater they're pumping out from
between #15 and 16. Also asked Sukhreet to update property owner and address
info since the complaint lists it under Wimpy's instead of Riverside MHP (unless
that is the case).
04/25/2019 13955 W Walnut Grove Rd (Riverside MHP)--- Michael Kith received a complaint KAUR
regarding sewage being pumped into the ditch in between units 15 and 16.
(Complaint number not generated at the time I went out to the site). I observed a
hose between unit# 15 and 16. The hose was going directly to the ditch, observed
water in the dich. Could not locate the source of the hose becuase it goes
underground (between unit 15 and 16). I talked to Jim (manager) and his
maintenance guy, they told me that the hose is used to discharge ground water to
the ditch. It is utilized when there are heavy rains and the ground overflows with
water. Jim told me that they had issues with leach field few days back and River
Rats took care of it. The company hasn't billed him yet, he will provide receipt
within a week.
04/25/2019 13955 W Walnut Grove-- Researched prior to going out on the inspection. After
coming back, discussed the complaint with Michael, Jeff and Steven. Created a
photo log for Michael. Michael said we will probably need to go out there to find out
more about the source of the hose that is going into the ground. (also if it
permanent or temporary), if it is permitted. No conclusions yet, ongoing.
04/26/2019 13955 W Walnut Grove Rd--- Ryan (maintenance guy) showed me two holding
tanks used to collect rainwater. (Tank 1 close to unit 14 approximately and a hose
passes from in between unit 15 and 16 to the ditch) and (Tank 2 behind unit 6 and
a hose passes by unit 7 to the ditch). When a lot of water is collected, a
submersible pump is put into the holding tank to pump out the water to the ditch. I
observed barried pipes with openings in the holding tanks. According to Ryan,
those come from different directions and dump rainwater in the tank. Both tanks
are close to the leach field area. This system of draining water was installed about
a 1.5 yrs ago (according to Ryan). Took pictures and created a photo log.
Also, talked to Jim (manager), to ask if they have a permit for the system that they
are using to drain water. He stated that he is positive that they have it and that his
wife Marie knows more. She was not present at the moment.
KAUR
KAUR
5105.rpt
