The EHD informed you of this requirement in the month of February <br /> 2011, CCR Reminder Notice. You are required to complete and deliver the 2010 CCR to all consumers by <br /> July 1,2011, and the EHD must receive a copy of the 2010 CCR and Attachment 6 by July 1, 2011 for <br /> documentation that you are in compliance with the Health and Safety Code, Safe Drinking Water Act <br /> (SDWA), Section 116470. If a 2010 CCR has been completed and delivered to your customers, then <br /> submit a copy of the 2010 CCR to the EHD. <br /> Failure to submit the required CCR and a copy of the 2010 CCR and Attachment 6 by October 1, 2011 for <br /> documentation that you are in compliance with SDWA, will result in a Procedural Violation fee of$250 that <br /> is billed at a two hour minimum of our hourly $125 rate. All violations are reported to the California <br /> Department of Public Health. <br /> The 2010 CCR forms, instructions, and regulations are available on the Internet at: <br /> http://www.cdph.ca.gov/certlic/drinkingwater/Pages/CCR.aspx <br /> If you do not have access to the Internet, you may wish to pick up a copy at the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD). Your State certified laboratory might be able to assist you in <br /> completing these forms. <br /> For those systems with Arsenic levels over 5 parts per billion (ppb), Nitrates over 22.5 parts per million <br /> (ppm), Lead detect above the action level of 15 ppb in one or more samples, any Radon result that <br /> indicates that radon may be present, and systems with a total Trihalomethane running annual average <br /> that exceeds 0.080 mg/L, there are specific languages that shall be included in the CCR.
