Box 1500 <br /> French Camp, CA 95231 <br /> Subject: French Camp Golf Course Water System <br /> 3919 East French Camp Road <br /> French Camp, CA 95213 <br /> This letter is to inform you that, based on our records; French Camp Golf Course Water System has more than <br /> one sample collected during the month of June 2010, which is coliform-positive. This is a violation of the Total. <br /> Coliform Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL), California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 22, Article 3, Section <br /> 64426.1. <br /> The French Camp Golf Course Water System owner or operator shall: <br /> 1) Notify the persons served by the water system in the following methods of a Water Quality Failure, and <br /> using the language of Enclosure A: <br /> Non Community Water System <br /> (Mail Delivery of Notice of Water Quality Failure) - Notice by direct mail or with the water bill shall be <br /> given once within 30 days after the violation or failure. The Department may waive the requirement for mail <br /> delivery if it determines that the violation or failure has been corrected within the 30-day period. If such a <br /> waiver is given it shall be given in writing within the 30-day period. Repeat notice by mail shall be given at <br /> least once every 3 months for as long as the violation or failure continues. <br /> (Expedited Hand Delivery of Notice of Water Quality Failure) - Notice by hand delivery shall be given <br /> once within 14 days after the violation or failure. Repeat notice by hand shall be given every 3 months for <br /> as long as the violation or failure exists. <br /> And <br /> (Continuous posting of Notice of Water Quality Failure)-Notice by posting in conspicuous places within <br /> the area served by the system shall be initiated within 14 days after the violation or failure. Posting shall <br /> continue for a minimum of seven days and as long as the violation or failure exists. <br />
