CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-92-74 <br /> JOHN & ROSE LIEL <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to the recordation of the Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment. <br /> 1. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, <br /> a Record of Survey is required. (New legal description <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review) . <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66412) <br /> b. New description must reflect correct distance with <br /> qualifiers to avoid overlap or gap. <br /> 2. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal <br /> descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted <br /> to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The descriptions shall be <br /> stamped and signed by a Licensed Land Surveyor or a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer licensed to practice land <br /> surveying. (Civil Engineers registered after January 1, <br /> 1982, are not licensed to practice land surveying. ) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a <br /> well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. San Joaquin county <br /> Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100) <br /> b. Prior to recording of map, destroy or properly seal the <br /> abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division.
