(DISTRICT 4). <br /> APPLICANT: George and Josephine Gerlomes APN: 105-170-05 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area. <br /> State Highway Route 26 has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width <br /> per Caltrans. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Any dedications, improvements or permits for State Highway Route 26 shall be as required by <br /> Caltrans. <br /> 2. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $3,406.00 per 1,000 gross <br /> square foot of building as retail service or$151.36 per daily trip-end in the Linden area. The fee <br /> shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record.
