In making the <br /> decision, the Director may consider the existence of <br /> special transit incentives and services, car pooling pro- <br /> grams, and significant use of pedestrian and bicycle <br /> access.Decisions of the Director pursuant to this Section <br /> may be appealed using the Staff Review with Notice <br /> Procedure set forth in Chapter 9-215. <br /> (Ord. 3675) <br /> 9-1015.10 HANDICAPPED PARKING. <br /> (a) Accessible Parking.
