Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water supply system(s); <br /> Title 17, Section 7603, California Code of Regulations. The approved backflow <br /> device shall be tested once a year by a certified tester. <br /> V -v�� <br /> Destruction or proper sealing the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division is required. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-111 5.5(e)) <br /> C. If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must register with County <br /> Office of Emergency Services. <br /> '.
