SA-94-32 OF HOWARD CLARK <br /> (C/O GARY STEELMAN) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The request is for a Site Approval application to establish an <br /> animal feed mixing facility in an existing building. The project <br /> site is located on the north side of State Route 12 and the <br /> Southern Pacific Railroad Company tracks, 1500 feet east of <br /> Kennison Lane, east of Lodi and is proposed to be served by <br /> existing on-site water and septic systems. Storm water drainage <br /> will continue to be naturally percolated on the site. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above- <br /> referenced application and intends to approve it subject to the <br /> following Conditions of Approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval and <br /> Ordinance Requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the issuance <br /> of any building permits and prior to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Conditions of Approval : <br /> 1 . COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. This approval shall be for an animal feed mixing <br /> facility in an existing building. There shall be no <br /> outdoor storage permitted as a part of this approval. <br />
