SA-94-32 OF HOWARD CLARK (C/O GARY STEELMAN) ----------------------------------------------------------------- The request is for a Site Approval application to establish an animal feed mixing facility in an existing building. The project site is located on the north side of State Route 12 and the Southern Pacific Railroad Company tracks, 1500 feet east of Kennison Lane, east of Lodi and is proposed to be served by existing on-site water and septic systems. Storm water drainage will continue to be naturally percolated on the site. The Development Services Division has reviewed the above- referenced application and intends to approve it subject to the following Conditions of Approval. Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval and Ordinance Requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior to the initiation of the use. This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. Conditions of Approval : 1 . COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: a. This approval shall be for an animal feed mixing facility in an existing building. There shall be no outdoor storage permitted as a part of this approval.
