Applicant shall have the seepage pits to the existing septic system (installed under permit <br /> #87-2646) uncovered to verify that the proposed lot line meets the required distance to the <br /> new property line according to the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards. This shall be <br /> completed under a consultation permit and inspection with the Environmental Health <br /> Department. The fee for the consultation permit is $186.00. <br />
