The Municipal Utilities Department staff has reviewed the subject project . Based on our review, staff offers the following comments . 1 . Any septic tanks on site shall be abandoned and destroyed prior to connection to City sewer . Standards for abandonment and destruction shall be as required by San Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health . 2 . A separate connection to the sanitary sewer main in the street is required for each parcel .
