ORO AVE (APN 157-281-05) In response to your letter received February 8, 2022, copy attached, City staff from the Community Development and Municipal Utilities Departments have reviewed your request for sewer service to the subject property, which is located outside the City limits of the City of Stockton. Review by the Community Development Department is limited to General Plan conformity and participation in Areas of Benefit and Community Facilities District 90-1. The following information is provided as a result of that review: Community Development Department The Community Development Department has determined that the site does conform to the City of Stockton's General Plan. The property owner shall sign a Conditional Utility Service Agreement for future annexation to the City of Stockton on demand by the City. Municipal Utilities Department— Sewer The subject parcels can be served by the existing sewer in S. Oro Ave and Adelbert Ave. Additional laterals will need to be installed by the owner to serve the proposed lots. Municipal Utilities Department— Storm Sewer The subject property is currently served by the County of San Joaquin Public Works Department.
