Tully Road, Lockeford <br /> The following requirements have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1) A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination <br /> report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by <br /> past or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of <br /> hazardous materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point <br /> sources, such as fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. If the report <br /> indicates there is contamination, corrective action shall be taken, as recommended in the <br /> report and concurred with by Environmental Health prior to recordation of the Final Map (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-502.070(a)(c)). <br /> 2) Prior to the issuance of any building permits, sewer facilities shall either be bonded for or be <br /> in place, as evidenced by a letter from the serving entity (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-600.020(d)). <br /> 3) Connection to an approved public water supply system is required (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-602.010). A letter from the purveyor will be required stating that <br /> they have the capacity to serve the development and that the system meets State standards <br /> prior to recording the Final Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-600.020). <br /> a) Construction of a water well and pump under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-601.010 (b)). <br /> 4) Destroy the abandoned agricultural well (SR0010812, 19390 Tully Road) under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department as required by San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-601.020(e). <br /> 5) Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 601.010(b) and 9-601.020(i)). <br /> 1868 E.
