The first part is a General Plan Amendment to change a 3-acre <br /> portion of a 5.26-acre parcel from General Agriculture (A/G) to Limited Industrial (I/L). The <br /> second part is a Zone Reclassification of the same area from Crossroads Commercial (C-X)to <br /> Warehouse (I-W). <br /> The underlying project, though not a part of these applications, is for an existing truck parking and <br /> repair facility that has been established without benefit of the required permits. Approval of these <br /> applications would permit the applicant to apply for the permits necessary to bring the facility into <br /> compliance. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Approval.
