r CEiV ED , <br /> r,r-r 18 2000 <br /> ORDINANCE NO.4095 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> COUNTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 9-1056.6 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE <br /> OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY BY RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED <br /> GENERALLY AT THE INTERSECTION OF KASSON ROAD AND INTERSTATE 5,AS <br /> SHOWN ON THE ATTACHED MAP (EXHIBIT A). <br /> WHEREAS, on September 7, 2000, the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission considered this matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 17, 2000, this Board of Supervisors did conduct a public <br /> hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and <br /> oral and documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said <br /> matter, and this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors approved a Negative Declaration as <br /> adequate to address the impacts of the proposed project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the <br /> County of San Joaquin, State of California,do ordain as follows: <br /> SECTION 1. The Zoning Map of the County of San Joaquin,as amended, is hereby <br /> further amended by reclassifying property from Crossroads Commercial (C-X)to Warehouse <br /> (I-W),as shown on Exhibit"A"which is attached to, and made a part of, this Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 2. The Community Development Department Director shall revise the <br /> Zoning Map of the County of San Joaquin in accordance with Section I of this Ordinance. <br /> Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)days after its <br /> adoption,and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15)days from the passage thereof, shall be <br /> published once(1) in The Record, a newspaper of general circulation published in the <br /> County of San Joaquin, State of California,with the names of the members of the Board of <br /> Supervisors voting for and against the same. <br /> 6 <br /> ZR-99-11 <br />
