Several distinct areas of C/C use are <br /> provided,each with a separate function, including: <br /> three Village Centers of 15-20 acres each,serving <br /> groups of four neighborhoods;the Central Commercial <br /> area, a larger 33-acre site northeast of Town Center, <br /> serving the overall community;and several satellite <br /> sites designated near Byron Road, Patterson Pass and <br /> Marina Boulevard.
