Typical uses include light <br /> manufacturing,electronics, high technology <br /> businesses,and light warehousing, as well as office <br /> uses to support these functions. The primary location <br /> of Limited Industrial land use occurs in the business <br /> park adjacent to 1-205 and Patterson Pass Road. Other <br /> sites are located along Patterson Pass Road and in the <br /> northeast portion of the community. In future Specific <br /> Plans south of Byron Road,this land use will be <br /> designated as the I-P(Industrial Park)zoning <br /> Description of classification in order to insure compatibility with Neighborhood F contains 35.5 acres of Limited <br /> Planned Land adjacent residential areas,and to provide flexibility for Industrial consistent with this definition.
