MOUNTAIN HOUSE <br /> MASTER PLAN CONSISTENCY FINDINGS <br /> Project Action or <br /> Consis Conditions o <br /> Section tency Approval <br /> I Heading# Title Text Y/N/NA'; Finding of Fact/Analysis and Evidence of Compliance (COA) <br /> Limited Industrial(1/L): Limited Industrial areas are <br /> intended to accommodate modern business park <br /> developments that provide little or no nuisance <br /> activities and are therefore suitable for location along <br /> major community roadways and near residential <br /> neighborhoods. Typical uses include light <br /> manufacturing,electronics, high technology <br /> businesses,and light warehousing, as well as office <br /> uses to support these functions. The primary location <br /> of Limited Industrial land use occurs in the business <br /> park adjacent to 1-205 and Patterson Pass Road. Other <br /> sites are located along Patterson Pass Road and in the <br /> northeast portion of the community. In future Specific <br /> Plans south of Byron Road,this land use will be <br /> designated as the I-P(Industrial Park)zoning <br /> Description of classification in order to insure compatibility with Neighborhood F contains 35.5 acres of Limited <br /> Planned Land adjacent residential areas,and to provide flexibility for Industrial consistent with this definition. See tentative <br /> 89 3.2.6.1 Uses future employment uses. Y map and project description. COA-1,2,5 <br /> General Industrial(I/G): General Industrial areas <br /> include industrial activities with moderate to high <br /> nuisance characteristics, requiring segregation from <br /> other land uses.
