When she bit into it she chipped her tooth with a bread tag that was in her sandwich. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> On site to conduct complaint investigation. Per Myrna Barut(Shift Manager),facility is aware of the complaint and District <br /> Manager and General Manager are working on it. Buns for chicken sandwiches come in plastic bags with bread tags. Bread <br /> tags are removed and disposed of prior to being brought to sandwich line. Did not observe any foreign objects in sandwich <br /> prep line ingredients. Observed two sandwiches being made. Did not observe any loose debris on the ceiling or surrounding <br /> area of the sandwich prep line.
