More extensive contractor health <br />and safety plans would be required for excavation and management of waste pits similar to the <br />North and South Waste Cells, visibly stained or odorous soil or stockpiles characterized as <br />hazardous waste. <br />2.7 Reporting <br />At the completion of remediation excavation activities, a report will be submitted and will <br />include: (1) a summary of remediation excavation activities and field observations, (2) sample <br />analysis including figures, summary tables, and laboratory data sheets, (3) a discussion of the <br />results, and (4) a summary of waste disposal or on -Site reuse activities. The report will cover <br />those remediation excavation activities that encounter potentially contaminated media and <br />triggered the sampling and evaluation activities described in this plan. The report will be <br />submitted to EHD and the RWQCB approximately three months after completion of these <br />activities. General excavation and soil handling and onsite reuse of soils that did not trigger the <br />requirements of this SMP will not be reported. <br />
