EQUIPMENT AREA IS A MESS." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code section(s)116043,116040,& <br /> 116050. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations(Title 22)section 65545. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Per Manager, the pool was green was week Friday and Monday(6-10&6-13).The complex kept the pool closed to residents <br /> (residents had no access).The complex's pool service person was called and the pool was shocked. On Wednesday 6-15-22, <br /> the pool was still green.The complex hired a different pool service company and the pool has since cleared up. Per manager, <br /> the pumps were down and have since been repaired/replaced.The pool is serviced Mon,Wed, and Friday by the new pool <br /> service company.
