la petit Ae <br /> 105 W. Main St. <br /> Ripon, CA 95366 La Petite Vine is the sister business and retail concept to our restaurant The Vine <br /> House, also located in Ripon. We are hoping to open ASAP (end of April/early May <br /> Kyndra Wilson 2022). <br /> K & Company, LLC <br /> Owner With this new business and concept, we are going the route of a novelty and <br /> specialty market retail store with grab n go (prepared cold) food, pantry/dry foods, <br /> 209.815.5707 soft beverages, off premise wine&beer, and retail items pertaining to gifts and home <br /> essentials. <br /> It is located in historic downtown Ripon where our particular building is over 100 <br /> years old. There is currently no ADA bathroom, so there will be no public restroom <br /> access or on premise eating or drinking.All our licenses are for off premise <br /> consumption.The city has categorized us a market/convenience store type of <br /> business. <br /> The back half of the building has existing electrical and plumbing we needed to <br /> create a food prep/assembly area back there. We will be preparing and assembling <br /> salads, sandwiches, protein boxes, &wraps. There will be no cooking on site and any <br /> food items that are cooked will be purchased through suppliers as pre cooked items. <br /> It is closed off to the public with a wall and entry door. There were no permits needed <br /> by the city as there were no structural changes made to the building. it was a dog <br /> grooming place years prior and all the plumbing was still in tact.Todd Hatch, Ripon <br /> City Inspector, has visited the location on 4/13/2022 and confirmed there was no <br /> permits needed and plumbing and electrical were up to standards. <br /> I have attached hand drawn floor plans to the best of my ability showing where we <br /> added new equipment. There are also sets of existing electrical and existing <br /> plumbing and their locations. We put FRP up on the walls and coved tiling on the <br /> floors in designated areas by the sinks and have followed the Plan Check Guide with <br /> knowledge from our experience in opening up The Vine House in 2019/2020. <br /> Hoping and praying we can move forward with an inspection soon! <br /> If there are any questions, please let me know! <br /> Thank you, <br /> -Kyndra Wilson <br />
