All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: Soap dispenser at front counter hand sink was empty. Provide soap in dispenser. Corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. Per manager the facility is serviced by JRB Pest & <br />Sanitation serviced, last service was on 6/20/2022. Clean and sanitize area immediately and maintain pest control. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin: rodents (rats, mice), cockroaches, flies.( 114259.1, 114259.4, <br />114259.5) <br /> #27 Food Protected from Contamination <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed uncovered food items in 8 dr Acura prep table and walk-in cooler. Cover food items <br />immediately to prevent contamination. <br />Observed tin cans used for scoops in containers. Provide scoops with handles to prevent contamination. Correct today. <br />Observed meat stored in white plastic bags.
