Lower Sacramento Rd., Lodi) <br />ACTION: On September 29, 2022, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br />Site Approval No. PA -2200114 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br />APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. Appeals <br />must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of $711.85. The 10 -day appeal <br />period ends at 4:30 p.m. on October 9, 2022. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal period will <br />expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br />EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval within the next 18 months (by <br />April 9, 2024).
