-2 - PA -2200114 (SA) 3) The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from this application. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00- 433) 4) The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from this application. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) 5) The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Road to result in a sixty (60) foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Lower Sacramento Road to the property line across the parcel's frontage. (A fee based on the current fee schedule is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal description of the parcel to be offered for dedication.) (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) 6) The developer shall provide drainage facilities in accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Standards. Retention basins shall be fenced with six (6) foot high chain link fence or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin capacity shall be calculated and submitted along with a drainage plan for review and approval, prior to release of building permit. (Development Title Section 9-1135) 7) A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. Informational Notes: The project will enact appropriate source control BMPs to prevent the discharge of trash and other construction related pollutants offsite. (ii.) Wastewater (including wash waters) shall NOT be allowed to discharge to the ground surface or into the County's or onsite storm drainage systems. (iii.) If project does disturb over one (1) acre, coverage under the State Water Resources Control Board Construction General Permit will be required. (iv.) Read and follow the Small Site SWPPP where appropriate for your project. This is not asking to create a SWPPP, but to follow the guidelines in the supporting document that relate to your project.
