RAMIREZ <br />No major violations. <br />No re-inspection. <br />Gerry Goodie <cloud1956©me.com> Kain Campos <camposkain@yahoo.com> <br />05/31/2022 I discussed complaint with Lead Senior as the compliant is not clear which facility RAMIREZ <br />is in question. <br />When I addressed the complaint, I addressed the permitted restaurant/bar. <br />I called the complainant and discussed my observations. <br />Per the complainant, the complaint was for the outdoor un permitted bar. <br />I let the complainant know that the outdoor bar was not opened and that the owner <br />is to keep the outdoor bar closed until permits obtained and plans are approved. <br />I let the complainant know that there was an inspection with several county <br />agencies and the owner was made aware what needs to be done to open the <br />outdoor bar. <br />5105 rpt Page 1 of 1
