Manzo from S. Sangalang of Unit ll SJC EHD of SAETERN <br />chemicals stored at a residential. <br />Arrived on site with G. Garcia-Meija, EHS Trainee, and A. Salinas, EHS. Met with <br />Sargent Conn and Eric White of Code Enforcement. Waited for the sheriff <br />department to clear the home. Per Sargent Conn, officers who had responded last <br />night are feeling symptoms of numb tongues, vomiting, lungs and nasal irritation <br />and an odor of ammonia either from urine or other substance. Per Sargent Conn, <br />no chemicals was observed inside the home. The property owner Chester Norton <br />was arrested. <br />04/27/2022 Phoned Sargent Conn, 209-938-8031, requested for more information about who <br />was affected and if they are still experiencing symptoms.
