Describe any on-site or off-site sources of noise or vibration (e.g. freeway noise, heavy equipment): The proposed Amplification site is located adjacent to Linne Road, which supports a high volume of traffic including trucking traffic. Thus, the ambient noise level at the site is relatively high. However, this ambient level will not adversely affect the proposed project since it will be unstaffed. - A temporary increase in ambient noise levels will occur during the four weeks of construction, but this increase will be temporary. Construction noise will be mitigated by muffling and maintaining equipment and by limiting construction to the hours of 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. between Monday and Saturday. The low-level groundborne vibration and noise generated during construction would be short-term in nature, and generally would not extend more than a few feet from the active work area. Each of the five proposed buildings at the Amplification site will have a backup generator located adjacent to the building, which will be used only in the event of power outages. These generators will be mounted on rubber isolators, which would effectively reduce groundborne vibration by more than 95 percent. The generators would be tested for approximately 30 minutes two times each month during daytime hours only. Each building will also require 12 HVAC units to regulate temperature and humidity inside of the building. Half of the 12 units are redundant, and only a maximum of six units will operate at any one time. Describe any on-site or off-site source of light or glare (e.g. parking lot lighting, or reflective materials used): Each of the five proposed buildings will have a small light over each of the individual customer units.
