e. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of Linne Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. f. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) The project shall be screened along the northern, western and eastern sides so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. Said screening shall be six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Screening requirements and materials shall comply with those listed in Development Title Section 9-1022.4 g. NOISE LEVELS: The following noise regulations apply to this project: (1) This project shall comply with the performance standards specified in Section 9-1025.9 of the Development Title. h. MAINTENANCE OF FACILITIES: All freestanding structures and supporting equipment associated with the project shall be maintained in good condition by the provider of the telecommunication facility and,whenever necessary,repaired or replaced. (Development Title Section 9-1065.7) i. REMOVAL OF FACILITIES: Freestanding structures and supporting equipment associated with the project shall be removed by the provider of such facilities and the site restored to its pre-construction state if said facilities have not been operational or used for a period of six(6)consecutive months. Removal and site restoration shall be completed within ninety(90)days of the end of said six.(6) month period. (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1065.8) 2.
