Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. If the abandoned Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way is acquired by the owner, the <br /> owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road to result in <br /> in a thirty (30) foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Locke Road to the property <br /> line across the parcel's frontage. (A $280.00 fee currently is required for processing per <br /> Development Title Table 9-240.2 In addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal <br /> description of the parcel to be offered for dedication.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br />
