Alex Steele of PG&E reported an BAKER <br />approximately 100 gallons of mineral oil released at 37 N. D Street in Stockton. <br />Called Alex Steele at 209-337-8902 regarding spill. Spill was the result of <br />vandalism to a pad-mounted transformer. Spill on pad and dirt. No storm drains <br />or waterways impacted. Spill is caution taped off and pending USA Dig. Clean-up <br />will occur sometime this weekend. <br />Discussed complaint with Carol Presto (REHS). <br />01/05/2022 Arrived on site and took photos of the caution taped off concrete pad. Concrete <br />pad is located in a corner behind a chain link fence. The caution tape was placed <br />on the outside corner of the fence surrounding the pad. Staining was observed on <br />the concrete pad and in the soil bordering the pad. No staining was observed in <br />the street. <br />PRESTO <br />01/06/2022 Updated complaint information. Wrote Notice to Abate. Emailed Notice to Abate BAKER <br />to Alex Steele (PG&E) at r2sv@pge.com. <br />Completed Emergency Response Record. <br />Completed prop 65 and turned in to Elena Manzo (Lead Sr. REHS) for review. <br />Verified GIS in EC. <br />01/06/2022 Saved photos to P drive. Created photo log. Updated address in complaint to 36 N PRESTO <br />D Street. Added GIS coordinates. <br />01/07/2022 Called Alex Steele (PG&E) at 209-337-8902 and left regarding clean-up. BAKER <br />01/08/2022 Called Dave Larsen to follow up on clean up activities that was expected to occur PRESTO <br />today. Per Dave, they did USA on friday and will not get the results back until <br />Monday.
