Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare an updated Surface and Subsurface <br /> Contamination Report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface <br /> contamination caused by past or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of <br /> non-point source of hazardous materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well as <br /> potential point sources, such as fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. <br /> If the report indicates there is contamination, corrective action shall be taken, as <br /> recommended in the report and concurred with by Environmental Health prior to recordation <br /> of final map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-905.12(a)(c)). <br /> NOTE: Original report dated June 14, 1999, did not include all properties included in this <br /> subdivision application. <br /> B. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and treatment system constructed in <br /> conformance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department and the Department of Public Works. A waste water treatment plant study <br /> acceptable to the Department of Public Works and San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department is required prior to the approval of the improvements plans of any work <br /> within the site (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2). <br /> NOTE: The proposed design shall incorporate denitrification of the final effluent in the design of <br /> the proposed Wastewater Treatment Plant. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> Mm- <br />
