The project includes <br /> approxinmely 140 acres invoh ing 12 land owners. <br /> Rogtw Elissagaray and I have formed an LLC for this vmlmm. We are attemempting <br /> to persuade all of the land owners to participaate in order to cause the streets and <br /> infcashvcture to have an efficient and orderly design. <br /> Three of the land owners are undecided about participation and are considering <br /> the processing, individually, of applications for subdivision for their own account. <br /> As subdividers, it has been dif'imh to convince these undecided land owners that <br /> individual wells and septic systems are no longer allowed m this area.. Certain of <br /> the undecided land owners have suggested that subdividing into 211 parcels would <br /> preclude the necessity of public water and waste water syatems. <br />
