Three parcels will contain less than <br /> 40 acres. Parcel one to contain 58.30 acres. Parcel two to contain 49.07 acres. Parcel three to contain <br /> 55.06 acres. Parcel four to contain 67.07 acres. Parcel five to contain 43.33 acres. Parcel six to contain <br /> 37.64 acres. Parcel seven to contain 37.64 acres, Parcel eight to contain 39.58 acres. <br /> San Joaquin County is a signatory to San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open <br /> Space Plan(SJMSCP). Participation in the SJMSCP satisfies requirements of both the state and federal <br /> endangered species acts, and ensures that the impacts are mitigated below a level of significance in <br /> compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Although participation in the <br /> SJMSCP is voluntary, lead agents should be aware that if project applicants choose against participating <br /> in the SJMSCP, they will be required to provide alternative mitigation in an amount and kind equal to that <br /> provided in the SJMSCP. <br /> Any future structure(s) may require the conversion of Agriculture Land and as such should condition the <br /> project applicant(s)to participate in the SJMSCP. Prior to receiving building permit a SJMSCP <br /> biological survey must be completed and coverage must be granted. <br /> The project is located within the unmapped land use areas and as per the requirements of the SJMSCP <br /> those projects are subject to case-by-case review by the Habitat Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) <br /> prior to participation. <br /> If you have any questions,please give me a call at(209)468-3913. <br />
