June 1,2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05058A <br /> This report has been formatted to correspond to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department's Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report Requirement Checklist, dated July 14,2003. <br /> This report was prepared for the exclusive use of Stan and Betty Robertson and the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD). NOA specifically disclaims any responsibility for any <br /> unauthorized use of this report. <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> 1.1 Description of Site <br /> The subject property is located in Tracy on the east side of Interstate 5, directly north of West Linne <br /> Road. The property consists of two parcels. The first parcel of 229.49 acres is located at 2777 West <br /> Linne Road with the APN number 239-210-08. The second parcel of 158.30 acres is located at 2625 <br /> West Linne Road with the APN number 239-210-09. These two parcels are owned by the Stan and <br /> Betty Robertson Partnership.The property consists of recently-tilled agricultural land. <br /> According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site', the subject <br /> property is zoned AG-40, general agriculture with a minimum parcel size of 40 acres. This zoning <br /> designation"is established to preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agricultural <br /> enterprises." <br /> Location maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A. Photographs of the <br /> subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> No development of the land is proposed.The existing ranch will be subdivided into smaller lots to be <br /> divided between family members.The subject property will still be farmed. <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT,AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES <br /> 2.1 Recorded Land Title Records <br /> No chain of title report was provided to NOA to review for this report <br /> 'San Joaquin County Community Development Department,2005,www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us. <br /> 2 '404 <br />
