June 1,2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05058A <br /> According to Ms. Michelle Halliwell of the OES, one incident report is on file at that agency for <br /> properties within one-quarter mile of the subject property'. The 2005 incident was reported 1,000 feet <br /> from Koster road on West Linne and involved a garbage bag filled with of over 200 blister packs that <br /> were classified as "dangerous goods." The incident report has been included as Appendix F of this <br /> report. <br /> A review of the "Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge" files within one-quarter mile of the <br /> subject property was conducted on May 3,2005 at the OES'. No notices were found. <br /> 3.1.4 San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's office'was contacted regarding use of agricultural <br /> chemicals on the subject property. Ms.Hazel Gallego of the Agricultural Commissioner's office found <br /> records for the subject property under the names of Hal Robertson and Crimson Valley North.(see <br /> Appendix F). Based on review of these records,it appears that Lima beans,alfalfa,tomatoes and wheat <br /> were grown in 2001.Alfalfa was grown in 2002.In 2003,lima beans and alfalfa were grown. Alfalfa and <br /> lima beans were grown in 2004. In 2005 alfalfa,lima beans and tomatoes have or will be grown.
