CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL PA-2200126 STEVEN P . CHINCHIOLO TRUST / QUARTAROLI & ASSOCIATES Lot Line Adjustment Application No . PA-2200126 was approved by the Community Development Department on September 8 , 2022 , which is the effective date of approval . This approval will expire on March 9 , 2024 , which is eighteen ( 18) months from the effective date of approval , unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed , if required by the Land Surveyors ' Act .
