Replace and maintain today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Inlet fitting shall not protrude greater than 1 inch into the pool and shall be rounded and smooth. Wall inlets <br />shall be capable of adjusting the direction of flow. Each pool shall be provided with a main drain submerged suction outlet typically located <br />at the bottom of the pool. (CBC 3137B) <br /> #38 Filter Cleaning and Maintenance <br />OBSERVATIONS: The electrical breaker for the recirculating system sparks when turn on/off. Repair/replace today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All filters shall be maintained in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. (CBC 3123B) Pressure gauge <br />located on the filter shall be marked with the clean startup reading. (CBC 3125B) Each filter vessel shall be provided with valves so that it <br />can be isolated from the recirculation system for repairs and backwashing. The followings were noted. <br />Influent: 5 psi. <br />Effluent: 10 psi. <br />The life-ring was on the floor/deck. <br />The rescue pole with the body hook was on the ground. <br />A loose rope was on the deck area. <br />Unable to test/verify the GFCI for the underwater pool light. <br />The breaker for the recirculating system sparks when turn on/off. <br />The inspection report was discussed with Samuel Diaz, pool operator, and Neil Royel, community director. <br />Inspection report will be email to Neil royel and Samuel Diaz. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
