CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-93-31 <br /> Elizabeth Kemper, et al <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to the <br /> recordation of the Notice of Lot Llne Adjustment. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. A 'Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The decriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid overlaps <br /> or gaps. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Prior to recordation, destroy or property seal any abandoned wells under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (Development Title Section 9-1115.5(e)) <br /> b. Demolish all dilapidated structures and remove all demolition material from the premises <br /> to an approved landfill site. (San Joaquin County Ordinance 2887, Section 5-2401) <br /> 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirement will <br /> be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the <br /> Building Inspection Division: <br /> • The south wall of the barn shall be constructed of one-hour fire-resistive material. <br /> NOTE: On July 12, 1993,the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved LA-93- <br /> 31 subject to the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br /> t. <br />
