Box 2009,
Stockton, Ca. 95201
Mr. Miller:
Thank you for taking the time to help us work out the difficult
situation with the septic system at the Micke Grove Golf Course.
American Golf Corporation will install the clubhouse septic system
for the Micke Grove Golf Course in the location shown on the
attached plan. American Golf Corporation agrees to modify the
installed system should the installed system fail to work. The
attached plan delineates two options. The first option is to
install the replacement system on the driving range grass tee area.
The second option is to modify the driving range landing areas to
meet the one hundred percent replacement area requirement.
American Golf Corporation will be responsible for all cost if
option number 1 or option number 2 is implemented.
I hope this clarifies any questions you might have.
