A residence and orchard are to the southeast of the property. These photos are included in Appendix C this report. NOA's ability to interpret the land l uses is limited by the scale and quality of th photos. 2.3 USGS Topographic Maps One topographic map dated 1991, was obtained from Microsoft Terraserver. In the 1991 map the subject property is depicted as_ en land with three structures along Linne Road. The property is depicted approximately 65 fe t above mean sea level. Surrounding properties have dirt roads and scattered residences-.-- This esidences'This map is included in Appendix C of this report. 2.4 Interviews An attempt was made to obtain historical as well as current information relative to the subject property from the property owner or key site manager of the property. An Environmental Questionnaire and Disclosure Statement was completed by James Rose, Owner of the subject project, o�n November 5, 2007. A copy of the responses has been included in this report as Appendix E. �d In responses to the questionnaire, James Rose indicated that he has owned the property since 1997. The property has been, and will continue to be used for agricultural purposes. There are no above or below ground tanks, wells, septic systems or structures on the property. The property receives water from the Banta Carbona Irrigation District. 3.0 PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF CONTAMINATION 3.1 Research Methods NOA employs a standard practice for review of database information. On a street map showing the location of the subject property, a circle is drawn one-quarter mile out from the propertyz boundaries, and street maps or web-based mapping services are then used to determine address ranges for all streets within the quarter mile. All agency databases searchable by address are then searched for these address ranges. 3.1.1 Regional Water Quality Control Board NOA reviewed the Leaking Underground Storage Tanks (LUST) list (October 2007), the Water Purveyors Quarterly Report on MTBE(October 2007), and the Spills, Leaks, Investigations, and Cleanups (SLIC) list (1st Quarter 2005) on file with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality/ "044 902 Industrial Way•Lodi,CA 95240•209.367.3701 •Fax 209.369.4228 ©2007 Neil O.Anderson&Associates,Inc.
