FOR A 134 LOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION (COUNTRY VIEW SUBDIVISION) LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF WOODBRIDGE ROAD, WEST OF WOODSIDE DRIVE, WOODBRIDGE. ------------------------------------------------------------------- RECOMMENDATION: Grant a twelve ( 12 ) month extension of time as requested. The map will expire on January 17, 1987. BACKGROUND: The applicant is requesting a twelve month extension as his improvement plans for Unit 3 are being processed by the Department of Public Works and may not be processed prior to the expiration date of January 17, 1986 . Major Subdivision S-83-5 (Country View Subdivision ) was originally approved on July 7, 1983 by the Board of Supervisors . When the subdivision was approved, part of the Board Resolution stated that Variance No . 82-36 approved by the Board of Zoning Adjustment on January 14, 1982 was extended for a period of twenty-four months . The intent of the Board was that the approval time of the Subdivision and Variance would run concurrently. Both expiration dates may be extended for a period of 12 months . The Variance varied the requirement from 10,000 square feet for corner duplex lots to 6 , 500 square feet . Section 9-3134 ( b) of the Planning Title now establishes expiration date for subdivisions to be thirty-six months after the date of approval .
