TENTATIVE MAP of TRACT NO. 747, COUNTRY ESTATES, of LEROY SUESS <br /> This property is located on the west side of Union Road, about <br /> 1800'south of Highway 120. The property contains about eight (8) acres. <br /> A use permit for the subdivision has been approved by the Planning Com- <br /> mission. <br /> The Staff suggeste consideration of the following to be shown <br /> on the Tentative Map: <br /> 1. Addendum to statement on drainage: the Map to show the <br /> direction of flow and the means by which run-off will be carried <br /> to the pump site. Further, subdivider to provide and enter into <br /> an agreement, approved by the Board of Supervisors, under <br /> which drainage will be accepted by the South San Joaquin Irriga- <br /> tion District, and under which, in case of abandonment of the <br /> irrigation pipe line which is to receive the run-off, the pipeline <br /> and related rights of way be dedicated to the County. Finally, <br /> the subdivider to provide an arrangement for the establishment of <br /> a special district or other means approved by the Board of Super- <br /> visors, for the maintenance of the drainage facilities required <br /> for the subdivision. <br /> 2. All lots in the subdivision to contain not less than 15,000 <br /> square feet. <br /> 3. Subdivider to agree to pave Union Road to within 10 feet of <br /> the property line shown on the Map (to attain a full 64' section). <br /> 4. Subdivider to contribute to the County an in 1 ieu public '` <br /> site fee as required in Section 18.01 of the Subdivision Ordin- <br /> ance. <br /> 5. The road name Country Drive to be changed as approved <br /> by the Planning Director. <br /> 6. The road designated as Country Drive to be classified as <br /> a collector street, and that designated as Suess Court to be <br /> classified as a local street. <br />
