There is no indication that the proposed subdivision could be <br /> serviced by public sewage, water or otherppublic services in <br /> the foreseeable future. <br /> 6. when the reclassification petition (No. 607) was presented in <br /> Parch 1970 it was the recommendation by the Tracy City Plar_nine <br /> staff for denial. The recommendation for denial was over--ridden <br /> by the `.racy City Planning* Commission by 23 to 2 vote with 2 <br /> absent. <br /> 7. At the sane time the county Planning; staff recommended- denial of <br /> the reclassification petition. This recommendation was over- <br /> ridden by the County Planning Commission. <br /> 8. The San Joaquin Local health District, recaamend in March 1970 <br /> that if the reclassification were approved the proposed sW)(liv-- <br /> ision would be developed with a package treatment plant for sew- <br /> age disposal. The County P1annQ6 Commission approved the use <br /> of individual sewage disposal by septic tanks and leach lines on <br /> August 7, 1970. <br /> of 9. The development of any further satellite subdivisions with sewage <br /> disposal by septic tank and leach lines could cause pollution or <br /> contamination of the ground water. <br /> It is recommended by the San Joaquin Local health District that con- <br /> sideration of the development of the Corral Hollow Suudivision be resub- <br /> mitted to the Tracy City Planning Commission and the County lanninq Com- <br /> mission for further study. <br /> Very truly yours, <br /> Jack J.
