Applicant' s <br /> opinion is that 32 ' of improvements should be required on <br /> Etcheverry Drive. Attached is a sketch showing the County <br /> standards for various type roads. Etcheverry is considered a <br /> minor collector. <br /> Section 9-9340 states, in part, that whenever a subdivision <br /> includes or is adjacent to any part of a public roadway, the <br /> design of the tentative map shall conform to the width and <br /> substantially in alignment with the existing road. <br />
