Etcheverry <br /> Application No . : S-84-6 <br /> ---------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> On August 2 , 1984 , the Planning Commission conditionally <br /> approved this subdivision. Dave Olmstead, representing the <br /> applicant , appealed Condition No. 3 .G to the Board of <br /> Supervisors . Condition 3 .G reads as follows: "A terminal <br /> drainage system shall be provided. ” <br /> The Board of Supervisors, at their meeting of October 25 , 1984 , <br /> referred the matter back to the Planning Commission for recon- <br /> sideration of storm drainage. <br /> Since that time, the applicant has been working with the <br /> Department of Public Works on a revised condition regarding <br /> storm drainage . The Department of Public Works has advised us <br /> that they are prepared to recommend a revised Condition No . 3 . G <br /> which will state that storm drainage shall be contained on each <br /> individual lot as provided by Board Order No . B-76-4201 . <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Approve revised Condition No . 3 .G as recommended by the <br /> Department of Public Works. <br /> Attachments <br /> HR/blm <br />
